Child Safety Standards

Soreva LLC, doing business as Off The Rack ("Off The Rack", "we", "us"), has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation ("CSAE") and child sexual abuse material ("CSAM"). This page sets out our published standards against CSAE, how we prevent and respond to it on our platform, and how anyone can report it to us. These standards apply to the Off The Rack mobile app and offtherack.soreva.company (the "Service").

Off The Rack is intended solely for adults. You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to create an account or use the Service, as stated in our Terms of Service. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to use the Service. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we will disable it and delete the associated data.
