Child Safety Standards

Soreva LLC, doing business as Off The Rack ("Off The Rack", "we", "us"), has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation ("CSAE") and child sexual abuse material ("CSAM"). This page sets out our published standards against CSAE, how we prevent and respond to it on our platform, and how anyone can report it to us. These standards apply to the Off The Rack mobile app and offtherack.soreva.company (the "Service").

1. Our commitment

• We prohibit CSAE and CSAM of any kind on the Service.
• We prohibit any content, conduct, or use of the Service that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or facilitates the abuse of children.
• We act on reports of CSAE, remove violating content, terminate the responsible accounts, and preserve and report CSAM to the appropriate authorities as required by law.
• We design the Service to be adults-only and take steps to keep children off the platform.

2. Eligibility — adults only

Off The Rack is intended solely for adults. You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to create an account or use the Service, as stated in our Terms of Service. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to use the Service. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we will disable it and delete the associated data.

3. Prohibited content and conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on the Service, without exception:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, including images, video, illustrations, or computer-generated or AI-generated depictions.
• Sexualization of minors, including in text, images, listings, profiles, comments, or messages.
• Grooming, solicitation, enticement, or any attempt to sexually exploit a child.
• Trafficking, advertising, or facilitating the abuse or exploitation of a child.
• Sharing links to, or directing users toward, CSAE or CSAM hosted elsewhere.

4. How to report CSAE

We provide multiple ways to report CSAE or any content that endangers a child. Reports are reviewed by our Trust & Safety team and are treated with the highest priority.

• In the app: Use the Report control available on item listings, profiles, and other user content (open the "…" / more menu and choose Report), then select Child safety as the reason.
• By email: Contact our designated child-safety point of contact at childsafety@soreva.company.
• General support: You may also reach us at support@soreva.company.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement or call 911 right away.

5. How we respond

When we become aware of CSAE or CSAM on the Service, we:

• Promptly remove the violating content and restrict the responsible account.
• Permanently terminate accounts involved in CSAE and block re-registration where possible.
• Preserve relevant content and account information as required by law.
• Report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline, as required under U.S. law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A), and cooperate with law enforcement.
