How do I enter a giveaway?
Open the item in the app and tap Enter. Entry is free. Some items also offer a paid "Storefront + Free" entry path — the free path has identical odds in any draw-based giveaway, so you never need to pay to win.
I won. What's next?
You'll get a notification in-app and by email. Tap the won item, confirm your shipping address, and complete payment of shipping plus the platform service fee. The influencer ships directly to you.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is handled by individual influencers, so timing varies. Most items ship within a few business days of payment. You'll receive tracking information once the label is generated.
My payment failed.
Try again from the claim screen. If the problem persists, contact your card issuer or email us — most failures are bank-side fraud holds that clear with a quick phone call.
I'm an influencer. How do I list items?
Tap your profile in the app, then Become an influencer. Once verified, you can list items, set shipping tiers, choose a distribution method, and generate redemption codes.
I want to delete my account.
