Delete your account
This page describes how to delete your Off The Rack account and what happens to your data.
Option 1 — Inside the app (recommended)
- Open the Off The Rack app.
- Tap the Me tab in the bottom navigation.
- Tap Settings, then Security.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
You will be signed out immediately. Your account and associated personal data will be deleted or anonymized within thirty (30) days, subject to the limited exceptions described below.
Option 2 — By email
If you no longer have the app installed, email us from the email address associated with your account:

We will verify the request by replying to the email address on file and complete deletion within thirty (30) days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile (display name, avatar, bio, role).
- Your shipping address and linked social handles.
- Your push-notification tokens.
- Your comments, follows, and entries into open giveaways.
- Your authentication records in our user directory.
What we may retain, and why
Some information is retained for a limited period where required by law or necessary for legitimate business operations. Specifically:
- Completed transaction records (winners, influencers, dates, amounts, shipping carriers, tax information) are retained for up to seven (7) years to satisfy US federal and state tax-recordkeeping requirements.
- Reviews you wrote may remain visible in anonymized form (e.g., "Deleted user") so that ratings remain representative.
- Anti-abuse signals (e.g., records of policy violations tied to your account) may be retained to prevent re-registration where you were previously suspended for safety reasons.
Retained data is kept in a restricted form and is not used for any purpose other than the one stated above.
If you change your mind
Deletion is permanent. To use Off The Rack again after deletion, you'll need to create a new account, which will not restore your previous profile, followers, or history.
