SMS Terms

These SMS Terms describe the text-message program operated by Soreva LLC, doing business as "Off The Rack" ("Off The Rack", "we", "us"), through the Off The Rack mobile app. The program is available to users located in the United States only.

1. Program name and purpose

Off The Rack Verification. We send a single one-time passcode (OTP) by SMS so you can verify ownership of your mobile phone number. This is the only kind of text message we send. We do not send marketing, promotional, or recurring messages through this program.

2. How you opt in

You opt in inside the Off The Rack app. On the "Verify your mobile number" screen you enter your own mobile number and tap the send button. The screen displays this consent before you tap:

"By tapping Send code, you agree to receive a one-time SMS verification code from Off The Rack at the number provided. This is a transactional message, not marketing. Message & data rates may apply. Frequency is one message per request."

We only text the number you typed on that screen, and only after you tap send. There is no other way to be enrolled — we never add a number on your behalf, and we never buy or import numbers.

3. Message content

A verification message looks like this:

"739204 is your Off The Rack verification code. It expires in 10 minutes."

4. Message frequency

One message per request. You receive a text only when you ask for a code — typically once when you first verify your number, plus one each time you tap "Resend code" or change your number later.

5. Cost

Off The Rack does not charge you for verification texts. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

6. Opting out and getting help

• Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from this program.
• Reply HELP for help, or email support@soreva.company.
• You may also simply decline to verify a number. Note that some influencer features that depend on a verified mobile number (such as creating shipping labels) will be unavailable without one.

7. Supported carriers

The program is supported on major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability.

8. Privacy

Your mobile number and SMS opt-in are used solely to operate this verification service. We do not share or sell your mobile opt-in information or phone number to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
